Rotterdam Boutique Hotel is set on one of the oldest farms in the Swellendam area dating back to1794.
Accommodation comprises 2 double rooms, 2 queen rooms and a family unit which is divided into 2 buildings De Wagenhuis and The Fraser Jones.
The thatch roof building called De Wagenhuis has 7 rooms. Three of the 5 rooms on the first-floor are en-suite and 2 rooms sharing a bathroom. The ground floor has 2-bedroom flatlet.
The Fraser Jones building has 12 en-suite rooms sleeps 2 people each. On the ground floor are 4 rooms leading out onto the courtyard and 2 rooms facing the Buffejagsriver and the green pastures of the dairy farm. The first floor has 4 rooms facing the courtyard with 2 east facing rooms similar to the ground floor.
All rooms are equipped with Egyptian cotton and towels. Breakfast baskets and braai baskets is on offer for delivery to the room. Breakfast is a dry breakfast with all the food already prepared. Guest can then choose to have these in 1 of the dedicated eating and picnic areas on the farm.
Other facilities on the farm include a chapel, trophy room, swimming pool and a restaurant. The restaurant and bar area is only open by appointment and prior arrangements.
